Violin Phenom Lindsey Stirling to Live Chat Online with Mormon Youth

Lindsey Stirling, Latter-day Saint returned missionary and widely recognized performer, will anchor the second of four Face to Face live Facebook youth events, Tuesday, November 25, 2014, at 6:30 p.m. MST.

The video chat will feature Stirling’s uniquely choreographed violin performances and an open invitation for questions from viewers. The violinist’s exceptional brand of entertainment resonates with young people. Her messages of overcoming trials and insecurities, reaching lifelong dreams and maintaining her beliefs within the challenging demands of her field impact viewers worldwide.

Bonnie L. Oscarson, Young Women general president, and David L. Beck, Young Men general president of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, will moderate the discussion.

“One of the most fun things about our live Facebook events,” said Oscarson, “is the chance for our youth to interact with our guest artist by sending in their own questions for Lindsey to answer.”

The Face to Face event will be broadcast live on the Church Youth Activities website and Facebook page, as well as the Mormon Channel on YouTube. A recording will be posted after the event to view anytime.
