VIDEO: Reaching Out to Refugees—Invite Them to Dinner

Since the First Presidency of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints issued a letter in March 2016 encouraging Mormon women to help refugees, LDS Charities (the Church's humanitarian arm) has published video vignettes for its "Give Back" series that show how some members are already reaching out to refugees.

In the video below, Michelle and her family invite Milan and her daughters to cook dinner together and learn about each other’s culture.

In the coming weeks, we will share more examples of how Latter-day Saints are easing the burdens of refugees in their communities.
